MTH Residence Service Apartments - Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
Late Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation notice, the entire booking amount will be non-refundable.
2. Modifications to Booking Dates
Change Requests: Guests may request changes to their check-in or check-out dates. Changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in may be subject to the standard cancellation fee.
Upgrade Options: Guests may upgrade to a different apartment type if available. Additional costs may apply.
3. Force Majeure Policy
Exceptional Circumstances: In the case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), MTH Residence reserves the right to cancel reservations without liability. Guests may be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay.
4. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.
