MTH Residence Service Apartments - Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy
  • Advance Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are  eligible for a full refund of the booking amount. 
  • Late Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in  date, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.
  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation notice, the  entire booking amount will be non-refundable.
2. Modifications to Booking Dates
  • Change Requests: Guests may request changes to their check-in or check-out  dates. Changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in may be  subject to the standard cancellation fee.
  • Upgrade Options: Guests may upgrade to a different apartment type if available.  Additional costs may apply.
3. Force Majeure Policy
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In the case of force majeure events (natural  disasters, political unrest, etc.), MTH Residence reserves the right to cancel reservations without liability. Guests may be offered a full refund or the option to  reschedule their stay. 
4. Refund Process
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.

MTH Residence - Cancellation Policy

1. Service Apartments
Standard Cancellation Policy:

Modification Policy:

Changes to Dates: Guests may modify their check-in or check-out dates up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

2. Long-Term Rental Apartments (Non-Refundable, Minimum Rental Period of 6 Months)
  • Non-Refundable Booking: All payments for long-term rentals are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Early Termination:
  • A minimum rental period of 6 months is required.
  • If a tenant terminates their lease before the end of the agreed rental period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
Modification Policy:
  • Lease Extensions: Tenants may request an extension of their lease term, subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
3. Hostel (Non-Refundable for Both Long-Term and Short-Term Stays)
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Bookings: All bookings, whether short-term or long-term, are non-refundable upon confirmation.
  • No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
Modification Policy:
  • Booking Changes: Due to the non-refundable nature of hostel bookings, changes to check-in or check-out dates are not permitted once confirmed.
